Upgrade Succeeded

After the upgrade has completed, a screen appears to inform you that the

procedure was successful:

Click Finish to close the Firmware Upgrade Utility.

After a successful completion, the switches exit Firmware Upgrade Mode, and

reset themselves.

Upgrade Failed

If the Upgrade Succeeded screen doesn’t appear, it means that the upgrade

failed to complete successfully, in which case you should do the following:

1. Unplug all USB cables and DC power adapter from the CS1942 / CS1944.

2. Plug a single USB 2.0 cable into the last CPU port with the PC powered

on.

3. Plug-in the CS1942 / CS1944 DC power adapter, the CS1942 / CS1944's

port LEDs will start flashing after powered back on.

4. Run the Firmware Upgrade Utility program again.
