4. Keyboard Port Operation

Power On Detection

With Power on Detection if one of the video sources is powered off the CS1942

/ CS1944 automatically switches to the next powered-on source. To toggle

between Power on Detection enabled and disabled, do the following:

1. Invoke HSM (see page 20

Press [E].

USB Quick Charge

This feature switches the front panel USB function from Datalink mode to

Quick Charge mode. To toggle between Datalink mode and Quick Charge

mode, do the following:

1. Invoke HSM (see page 20

Press [L].

Note: The default setting is USB Datalink mode with 500mA power

support. Quick Charge mode provides up to 1.4A power support.

SPC Mode

To set the keyboard and mouse to use SPC mode so that they work under

special operating systems as a standard (104 key) keyboard and mouse , do the

following:

1. Invoke HSM (see page 20).

2. Press [F1].
